Underground Atlanta

Underground Atlanta has long been the cultural heart of Downtown Atlanta. With historic roots dating back to the 1900s, this arts, culture, and entertainment district spans multiple levels and four city blocks. Purchased in 2020 by Lalani Ventures, the property hosted thousands of events in 2024 and welcomed over one million visitors. Located centrally in Atlanta and surrounded by parking, a transit hub, and having an active and agile operations team has helped to transform Underground Atlanta's 400,000 square feet into a vibrant and engaging entertainment hub. Twelve concert venues, five artist studios, four restaurants, and a number of retail options provide the most Atlanta experience for guests as possible.
